All individuals using this website, or any social media or outlet owned and/or operated by SEA GREEN HEALTH (‘seagreenhealth.com', ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) are governed by these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and conditions’). Any and all individuals using this website agree to what they have read, understand and accept fully in the Terms and Conditions.

Understand that we reserve the right to change, modify, remove or add to any portion of these Terms and Conditions. These modifications, additions or changes may occur at any time. It is your responsibility to carefully read and review these Terms and Conditions on occasion. All new versions will be posted on the website, seagreenhealth.com (the ‘Site”). Anyone disagreeing with all or any part of the Terms and Conditions must not use the Site. Your continual use of the Site
reflects your acceptance and agreement to be bound to those terms and conditions as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

By using this Site, you are also confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER / CONSUMER RIGHTS

Products available for purchase on the Site may also be available in select third party retail locations. Be advised that some product items available in a third party location may not be available for purchase on the Site. Consumers understand that by placing orders through the Site, they are purchasing the on Site item as selected by the consumer.

Be aware that products sold on the Site are sold as food supplements which are formulated, labelled and packaged as required by FSAI and other relevant legislation requirements.

Sea Green Health site makes every effort to provide accurate, complete and current information. We make no guarantee that the Site is error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, changed and/or updated information may occur. Sea Green Health has the right to correct any and all errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice; even after an
order has been placed. Orders placed for products that are no longer available or not available at the price advertised, or the price has increased, Sea Green Health may decline your purchase and will contact you to question whether or not to continue with the purchase under the correct circumstances, and pricing at that time.

Our product warranty will correspond with your Order Confirmation. We will not apply this warranty where there are defects arising from accident, willful damage, abnormal product storage or usage by consumer or third party.

When placing an order on line, Sea Green Health or applicable third party may request from consumer to provide certain information. This information may be, but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree to provide us or our third party with the complete, accurate and correct necessary information. You also agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions as outlined
on the Site with regard to your product purchase. You agree to pay for all charges incurred by users of your account, credit card or other payment type, as well as any applicable taxes.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND MISSING PACKAGES 

SHIPPING POLICY

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete, clear and correct shipping information prior to submitting your order.

All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. Shipping time is 5-7 business days from the day your order is processed. This applies to Ireland, UK, EU, and the U.S. 

U.S. orders are shipped from within the U.S. through UPS. Please do not enter both a P.O. Box and an address; be precise on where you would like us to ship and list only that address. When both P.O.Box and address are listed, your order will be held up until we confirm to which address we should ship.

In the event you have listed incorrect shipping information, your order will be cancelled if and when we are unable to confirm the correct address within 3 business days.

In you have inadvertently submitted your order with incorrect shipping information, please email us immediately at customercare@seagreenhealth.com.

Every attempt will be made to correct the information in our system prior to your order being shipped.

If your order has already shipped out with incorrect information:

• and the package is consequently lost, Sea Green Health is not responsible for shipping you a new package.
• or if the package is returned undeliverable to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it will be your responsibility for the costs involved to reship your order.

If deciding to add to an already-placed order, email us immediately at
customercare@seagreenhealth.com. If a shipping label/packing slip has not yet been created, your order change could be processed. Orders may not be adjusted or changed if packing slip/shipping label have already been created.
Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Sea Green Health. We cannot assume that responsibility. We recommend you deal directly with the shipping provider regarding missing packages. We will not be responsible for shipments that are returned or delayed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Failed delivery attempts
• and/or unclaimed packages

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

Product orders may be cancelled up to 10 days after delivery. To cancel an order, notification must be submitted in writing to customerservice@seagreenhealth.com and must include:

• Reason for cancellation request, and
• Order number

Once the cancellation has been accepted via email, and prior to the expiration of the 10 day deadline, credit will be processed and issued back to you after the product has been returned in a securely wrapped and sealed package to:

No refunds will be given on open bottles.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted on open bottles.

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us at customercare@seagreenhealth.com. Returns will be honored within 10 days of receiving your product on unopened bottles.

Your postage costs will be fully refunded on incorrect or damaged orders. No postage will be reimbursed where you have chosen to return the product; matters not the reason for return. Nothing included in this Term and Conditions will affect your statutory rights.

Sea Green Health return policy is backed by our belief that every customer should have an opportunity to experience its benefits. We offer a high level of customer service and want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Although due to the high level of inevitable fraud, Sea Green Health will only honor returns that were originally purchased from seagreenhealth.com either by phone or online and in agreement with the following:

1. 1. Prior to sending return, notify customercare@seagreehealth.com to advise them of your intent to return product.
2. 2. Your refund could take up to one week for processing,
3. We will honor supplement returns when and only when the product is in the original packaging and the bottle has not been opened.
4. Refunds must be returned to Sea Green Health within 90 days of purchase date. All refunds are made to the credit card used for the initial order. Please understand that up to 2 billing cycles may occur before you see the statement credit appear.
5. In all instances, the purchaser will be responsible for procuring the shipment, as well as insuring the merchandise arrives at Sea Green Health facility.

MISSING PACKAGES

All packages are insured with only the insurance that the carrier offers. No package is insured above and beyond that amount. When and if you do not receive your package, or the carrier claims it has been delivered and you did not receive it, then your claim is with the carrier and you should file an investigation claim with them directly.

Please understand that we are not responsible for undelivered or unreceived packages. We therefore are not able to reship as it is the shippers responsibility to insure delivery.

To be informed about carriers and their services, i.e. their offered insurance service, terms, etc. the customer should always read all the shipping option before completing the purchase.

ORDERING, DELIVERING AND RESELLING

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders received at or after 2:00 pm PST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.

Orders we receive after 10:00 pm PST on Friday or on a weekend day will get processed the following day. If the following Monday is a major holiday, then orders will start being processed the following Tuesday.

Every attempt is made to process orders 1-3 business days after receipt of the order. Delivery times will be affected by when the package is shipped from our warehouse.

BACKORDERS

Sufficient in-stock inventory is our goal. If for any reason your ordered item goes on backorder and we are unable to complete and process your order, you will be advised via email. At that point, you may choose one of the following three options:

1. Receive a refund for the backordered item
2. Substitute another item to replace the backordered item
3. Hold your entire order until such time as our stock is replenished we are able to process your entire order.

Lack of a reply to our email will result in your complete order being held until such time as we are
restocked and your entire order can be processed.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimated and at times are affected by occurrences beyond our control. If that is the case, you will be notified and advised of the revised delivery date.

Under normal circumstances, in Ireland and the UK, delivery to the address on the original order should be 3-5 days from order date. If for some reason that is not possible, the Order Confirmation will be noted and will state the estimated delivery date.

In The U.S., the delivery time will be noted on your Order Confirmation.

RESELLING

Sea Green Health products that are purchased from seagreenhealth.com , either with or without a discount code may not be resold without written permission from Sea Green Health. Those who may wish to resell Sea Green Health products may submit written request via email to customercare@seagreenhealth.com.

The products available on seagreenhealth.com are intended to personal use ONLY. They may not be resold. Sea Green Health reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason and that would be with or without notice.

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

For Sea Green Health subscriptions, you agree that you will be billed on a per-order basis. This subscription billing will continue until: a) your subscription is cancelled or b) your subscription is paused. A 20% subscription discount will be honored only with active subscriptions. If subscription has been cancelled, the 20% discount will not be honored and will continue to be discontinued until subscription reactivation or a new subscription is purchased. If your subscription
has been paused, then the subscription will remain paused and not resume until such time as you designate. If no reactivation date is set by you, then the membership account will remain paused indefinitely.

Subscriptions may be cancelled via written notice to customercare@seagreenhealth.com. Allow up to 72 hours for the cancellation to take effect.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

DISCLAIMER

These Terms and Conditions incorporate the entire agreement between Sea Green Health and you, the consumer. This applies to the website and its content. All other terms or conditions Sea Green Health issues governs its relation with the consumer, you. This relates to any service or product purchase, and shall supplement the Terms and Conditions. Should there be inconsistencies between
them, the other terms or conditions shall endure over the Terms and Conditions.

Should Sea Green Health tolerate a violation by you of one of the obligations outlined in the Terms and Conditions, or if Sea Green Health does not insist on compliance of a right provided to it by the law, it shall not be interpreted as a waiver by Sea Green Health to enforce its right. Sea Green Health may proceed with action as it deems necessary and appropriate in order to deal with your breach.

That process may include, but not limited to, suspending or limiting your access to the website, blocking your computer’s IP address from access to the website, contacting your internet service provider to assist with blocking you from the website and/or court proceedings against you. Resulting from a breach by you, you agree to keep Sea Green Health compensated for losses, damages, costs,
liabilities and expenses that may result and that may include without limitation legal expenses, as well as any sums paid by Sea Green Health to any third party due to a claim settlement or dispute on advice from legal advisers for Sea Green Health.

Should it occur, whether existing or in the future, that any provision of the Terms and Conditions is considered illegal by law, or by a court ruling, then the provision shall be stricken, all other Terms and Condition provisions shall be maintained full force and in effect between you and Sea Green Health.

This applies to the website itself, as well as the information and materials provided on that site. Without preconception to the generality of this statement, Sea Green Health does not warrant that:
